The Privacy Policy listed here applies to SmileRescue, a CA Nonprofit Corporation - Public Benefit, website, mobile application, and digital services which are linked to or post this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is intended to let you know what Personal Data SmileRescue, including our affiliated entities (referred to collectively as "SmileRescue,"SmileRescue Organization", "we," "our," or "us") may collect about you, how we collect your Personal Data, for what purposes we use your Personal Data, to whom we may disclose your Personal Data, and what rights you may have to limit our use of your Personal Data. In this Privacy Policy, we will collectively refer to the website, mobile application, and digital services which may link to or post this Privacy Policy as "websites."
